Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your experience with Ananda Aurum. By reserving a space at our retreat, you agree to the following policies:

Overview

Ananda Aurum is a 7-day, 6-night wellness retreat located in Peñíscola, Spain. Our program is designed to offer participants a unique and transformative experience combining yoga, holistic practices, gourmet food, and nature. Since this is not a product purchase but a time-sensitive event with limited availability, specific booking and cancellation terms apply.

Limited Capacity & Room Policy

• The retreat is limited to a maximum of 18 participants, depending on room occupancy (private vs. shared).

• There are 8 rooms, some of which can be shared among friends or used privately at a higher rate.

• Once all rooms are fully booked, registration will be closed.

Booking & Payment

• To reserve your spot, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival, preferably in cash.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 45 days (1.5 months) before the retreat start date.

• Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat are non-refundable, as we are required to confirm all arrangements with the villa and cannot offer your spot to someone else at short notice.

• If you cancel more than 45 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.

• If the retreat is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • The only reason the retreat may be cancelled is if the minimum number of participants (7) is not met. In this case, all guests will be notified at least 30 days before the start date.

Pricing & Offers

• Early Bird Discount: Save €200 when you book by July 15th or at least 3 months in advance, whichever comes first.

• Best Price Guarantee: The best available rate is always on our official website anandaaurum.com. The retreat may also be listed on third-party platforms, but prices may vary.

• Payment Plans are available: 50% deposit to reserve, and 50% balance due 30 days before the start date.

• Prices are per person, not per room. Rates vary depending on room category:

  • Shared Group Room

  • Shared Double Room (for couples or friends)

  • Private Room for Solo Travelers

Responsibility & Insurance

• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the retreat.

• We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, health, and travel disruptions.

• Ananda Aurum is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during travel or while attending the retreat.

Media & Content

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
